My-Mail.Online originally developed as a solution for entrepreneurs and business people from our activity as a niche management consultancy. Initially, it provided:
- A service address for directors, partners, and other relevant parties. This enabled individuals concerned to keep their actual residential address private and out of the public domain. We then receive official letters and notices from regulators and governmental departments, and legal correspondence at a dedicated address. A service address is often, though by no means always, the same as the registered/principal office address.
- An address for the receipt of general mail. Start-up and smaller organisations did not have to appear to operate from their founders’ or directors’ home addresses. Therefore, such individuals’ better maintained their privacy.
- A Scottish registered office address for limited companies and partnerships, and a principal office address for other organisations such as charities: such addresses are necessary for the organisation concerned at which official letters and notices from regulators and governmental departments, and legal correspondence can be received.
We now satisfy clients’ accommodation address needs through the provision of: a scanning of letter-post service; the forwarding of physical mail items; and, tailored solutions to meet bespoke needs.
